At long last, a Federal District Judge decides to stand up for the Constitution and call the bullshit for what it is.

Not going to dwell on the fact that it has taken this long, however.

It is about fuckin' time.

Out of all of Bush's fucked up policies this one pisses me off the most. It makes a sham of our "justice" system and undermines his whole "bringing Democracy to the world" crap.

Sorry, but republicans are really pissing me off right now!

This is encouraging news to be sure.

But I don't underestimate the Bushies ability to continue to violate the Constitution and keeping these guys locked up anyway.

Didn't Andrew Jackson basically say "fuck you" to the Supreme Court when they told him he couldn't force the Native Americans to relocate, and then begin the removal of the Cherokee Nation from Georgia?
